Noelle McKinnon Treasurer
Noelle began a career in the legal field in 1985 when she went to work part-time in the Law Office of Franklin C. McKenzie, Jr. at the age of 18 where she served as a legal assistant. In December, 1994 she was hired by Honorable J. Shannon Clark as the first Court Administrator for the 19th Chancery Court District and then was joined by Frank McKenzie in January, 1995 when he took the bench as Chancellor. Noelle immediately joined the Mississippi Court Administrators Association and has been a member since. Noelle has served on various committees throughout her 25 years as a court administrator, her latest being President and Immediate Past President. Noelle is married to Don McKinnon and they reside in Laurel, Mississippi.

Heather Beddingfield Secretary
Heather is a resident of Jones County. She has a background in Special Education as well as experience in Early Childhood Education. Heather is an active member at West Ellisville Baptist Church. She also volunteers weekly at North Street Community Mission as a tutor. Heather is married to Bo Beddingfield, and they have two children.

Bo Beddingfield
Dr. Beddingfield is a resident of Ellisville. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S in Mathematics. Then he received his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry. Dr. Beddingfield founded Laurel Eye Clinic in 2006. He and his wife, Heather, have two children.

John Bounds is a lifelong resident of Jones County. He has been married to his wife Missy for over 32 years. They have one son and one grandson. John has worked for Coca-Cola for 26 years. He has served his community for 32 years with the Sandersville Fire Department.

Scott Cooley
Scott Cooley is a native of Laurel and is employed with Citizens Bank, Columbia. He is Vice President of their Laurel location and has been in banking for nearly 20 years. Scott graduated from Northeast Jones High School, attended Jones Junior College, and graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is also a member of Laurel Kiwanis and is active member of First Baptist of Laurel. Scott is married to Julie and they have a 4-year old daughter.

Lee T. Donadson Jr.
Lee is married to Rosa Gilmore-Donadson. They have three children Lee III, Brad, and Tashonia Patterson. Lee is a graduate of Laurel High School and attended Jones County Junior College. He is retired from Center Point Energy. Lee is a deacon at Morning Star Baptist Church. He is a member of the South Mississippi Fair Commission. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for Laurel School District and Pearl River Valley Opportunity Inc.

Sarah resides in Jones County and is the staff attorney for the Jones and Wayne County Chancery Court. She attended Mississippi College School of Law and obtained a bachelor's degree at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Dan McKenna
Dan has thoroughly enjoyed his career in the fire service which took him to Ohio, Idaho, and California, serving departments as their Fire Chief. After a long career, he recently retired as the Jones County Fire Coordinator. He continues to serve his community as a volunteer firefighter in the position of Chief. The fire service is a people helping agency. Dan's passion for helping those in need urged him to help children of this county.

JeTuan P. Stephens, Sr.
Je'Tuan P. Stephens, affectionately known as Pastor Je' is an ordained minister currently serving at Christ's Church of Laurel as Media Director, 180 Student Ministries Youth Pastor, REVEAL Drama Ministry director, DTL Jail team, and whatever else his hands find to do for the LORD. Originally from East Chicago, IN, Pastor Je' has been a Jones County resident for 13 years. It was here he discovered the love of his life, best friend, and co-laborer in ministry, Randa Stephens. Together they have a blended family of eight children and eleven grandchildren. He currently teaches Construction at the Laurel Career and Technical Center and has been an employee of the Laurel School District for 13 years. A writer and playwright, Pastor Je' possesses passion for the youth, as well as a desire to assist all people in discovering their creative gifting associated with the performing arts. He and Randa have a passion and genuine love for all people and feel called to the ministry of reconciliation.
